I finally published the 3rd video after the 2nd try because I deleted the first one by mistake! It’s not perfect but I’m learning something new every day, so be patient with me.

Neck, shoulders, torso, and hip stretch

Shoulders & Neck Exercise

  1. Move your shoulders up & down alternately 30 reps
  2. Stretch your arms up and move your arms up & down alternately 30 reps
  3. Side-lying: move your arm front & back 10 reps
  4. Move your arm up & down 10 reps
  5. Rotate your arm clockwise & counter-clockwise 10 reps/each
  6. Repeat on the other side
  7. Back to lying on your back: Rotate your neck side to side 20 reps
  8. Stretch your arms & legs and hold 20 sec. x 2
  9. Twist your body with a right leg across to the right, and hold 20 sec.
  10. Twist your body with a left leg across to the left, and hold 20 sec.
  11. Repeat
  12. Roll your body side to side 20 reps
  13. Rock your body like a baby in the crib 30 reps both side
